Faulty Items
In the unlikey event that your bean bag is damaged, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:
Three little suns must be contacted within 30 days after you have received your purchase.
The item must be returned to us within 7 days .
Please include a copy of your order number and invoice. Upon receiving your return, we kindly ask for your patience as we review the product to ensure it aligns with our conditions. It may take up to five 5 business days for this process to be completed.
Three Little Suns will also return shipping expenses for items they suspect to be faulty. Remember to hold on to your postage receipt, as we will reimburse these postage fees. Please note that refunds can only be initiated to the original method of payment provided during the purchase.
When placing an order, please be mindful that once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes. If any details are entered incorrectly during ordering, kindly note that it falls under the customer's responsibility.
